How to track your order
If your order’s taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress at the Royal Mail, simply enter your tracking number and track your order.
Alternatively, if your order is severely overdue, please contact our Online Customer Service Team on +44 ( 0) 871 971 0020 9am and 5pm (GMT), Monday to Friday*. Or email them on sales@infinities.co.uk. Either way you’ll need to quote your order number.
