Delivery & Returns


Delivery information


Getting your goods to you safely and swiftly is most important to us. That’s why we entrust our deliveries with Home Delivery Network and Royal Mail International. It’s also why they insist on your order being signed for. Please note that once a package has been signed for by someone, it’s no longer our responsibility.

NB – HDNL are not able to leave your order at your local Post Office. If you miss a delivery, a card will be left letting you know how to arrange another delivery or pick-up your order in person.
Due to severe weather conditions, there may be a delay with the delivery of your order and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please be assured we are doing all we can to get orders delivered on time.

Delivery Costs & Times

As you’d expect, delivery prices and times depend on your location and how much you buy, and how quickly you’d like to receive your order. Generally, we will process your order within 2-3 working days. If you have chosen our next day service (Orders before 12noon only), your order will be delivered the following day. If it’s a Friday afternoon or a weekend, it won’t be processed until Monday.

UK Mainland

Within the UK mainland, there are a number of delivery options open to you. However, if you reside in the Scottish Highlands, the prices are slightly different, as are the delivery services on offer. These are all outlined here.

NB – We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible time frame. Additionally, deliveries will not be made on Sundays, or on bank or public holidays.

Monday – Thursday 2-3 working days

Next Day 7am - 8pm - Cost £7.95
Monday – Friday (Orders must in be by 12noon)

Specified Date - Saturday - Cost £9.95
8am - 12noon (Orders must be before Friday 12noon)

With some corners of the UK being harder to reach than others, we have to charge a bit more to deliver orders to certain places. NB – We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible time frame. Deliveries will be made between 7am-8pm, Monday to Friday. None will be made at the weekend, or on bank or public holidays. Everyone deserves a break once in awhile.

*You may need to pay customs or import duties on your order, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. So if you’d like more information, your best course of action would be to contact your local customs office. Customs can also delay the delivery of orders. Again, this is out of our hands.

How to track your order

If your order’s taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress at www.hdnl.co.uk, simply enter your tracking number in the box on the left of the homepage.
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email by Home Delivery Network.
 
You will also receive a further email confirming a estimated delivery time.
 
Alternatively, if your order is severely overdue, please contact our Online Customer Service Team on +44 ( 0) 871 971 0020  9am and 5pm (GMT), Monday to Friday*. Or email them on sales@infinities.co.uk Either way you’ll need to quote your order number.

Areas where we can’t deliver

While we’re more than happy to deliver your order to your place of work, there are a few exceptions. For reasons out of our control, we can’t deliver to any of the following:

Military Bases / British Forces Post Office
HM Prisons
P.O. Boxes

Making a return
 
While we’re sure you’ll love what you ordered, if you’d like to return an item for a refund or exchange, follow the relevant instructions below.

Note:
  • Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. Where reasonable care hasn’t been taken with any items, we reserve the right to refund you in full, less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss.
  • Clothing: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance, make-up or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear can only be returned if the protective seal is still intact.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving.

You’ll need to pay the return postage (and any customs or duty charges if applicable) and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 30 working days of receiving your package.
 
EXCHANGES


If you’d like to exchange an item, you’ll need to fill in the returns form. Also, if any additional payment needs to be taken, you need to have a PayPal account to complete the transaction.  Once you have filled in the relevant field’s on your returns note, return the item with the note to:

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Under the distance selling regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day you receive your order) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund of the goods (excluding any shipping charges). You must return the goods to Infinities at your own cost.

Problems with your order

It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes we make a mistake. If we’ve made one with your order or you have any issues with the goods themselves, the first thing to do is contact Infinities Online Customer Service Team on sales@infinities.co.uk or +44 ( 0) 871 971 0020  .

Once you’ve explained the fault or problem, we’ll then arrange a collection for your parcel. You’ll need to fill in the fault or problem on the returns form.

Please email sales@infinities.co.uk and we’ll send you a returns form.

Once you have it, be sure to fill the form in carefully, clearly explaining the problem with the item(s) being returned.

If your order was incorrect or an item was faulty and you want a replacement, we’ll simply send you the correct item(s) or a new version of what you ordered. We’ll also refund your original delivery charge and any costs you incur returning the item(s). We obviously won’t charge you for the delivery of the correct item(s) either.

Important Note

All items must be returned to us in their original condition. With this in mind, please follow the instructions below – failure to do so may result in Infinities being unable to accept a return.

Clothing: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.

Footwear: Footwear will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box.
