Returns Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. However should any item(s) be unsuitable, we will gladly offer a refund, exchange or account credit, provided the item(s) have been returned to us within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order. Please note all items must be in perfect condition - unwashed, unworn, in their original packaging and with tags attached.


As of Thursday 29th October 2015 you have until MONDAY 4TH JANUARY 2016 to return your unwanted Christmas purchases to us for a refund. Please be aware that we will not, under any circumstances, issue refunds after this date.

Should customers for any reason be unable to return unwanted items to us by this date, we will be happy to offer an exchange or credit your online account until Friday 15th January 2016.

This does not apply to purchases made in our stores which advertise their own Christmas Returns Policy clearly at the cash point. 

Our standard 14-day online returns policy still applies to none-Christmas purchases.

How to return an item

To return an item to Infinities, please fill out the returns form and enclose with your unsuitable item(s). Send by trackable post to: Infinities.co.uk, PO Box 344, Congleton, Cheshire, CW12 9BT. 

Customers may also return unwanted online purchases to any of our stores. If your local store has an appropriate replacement, they will be happy to process an exchange for you there and then in-store. 

Please note that stores are not authorised to process any refunds whatsoever, including those for online returns. They will however gladly return any unwanted items to our online returns department via our internal mail free of charge providing you are within your 14 days of receipt.

Lost returns form?

A returns form will have been enclosed with your order. If for any reason you do not have the form, you can download one by (Clicking here)

Please note:

  • All items returned to us must be in the original condition and packaging in which they were sold. Where reasonable care has not been taken we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss.
  • When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance, make-up or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
  • Footwear will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box.
  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear can only be returned if the protective seal is still in tact.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

You will be responsible for any return postage costs (and any customs or duty charges if applicable) and, for your security, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and retain the proof of postage in case of loss or damage. All returned items are the customer's responsibility until they arrive back with us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit.

Permitting that returned items are in their original condition, your purchase will normally be refunded within 10 working days of us receiving the items back to our head office. However during busy periods, it may take longer than this for us to process your refund. We do not refund any postage costs paid at the point of sale. 


If you would prefer to exchange an item, please indicate this on the returns form and return the goods to the same address as stated above. If an additional payment is required as a result of the exchange, you will either need to purchase an online gift voucher for the outstanding amount of alternatively make a payment via PayPal to complete the transaction. We will be in contact to process this request on receipt of your unwanted item(s).

Store Returns Policy

You have 14 days to return any unwanted items bought in our stores for an exchange or gift voucher credit. We do not offer refunds on purchases made in-store. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

What about faulty items?

Faulty items should be returned in the same way as unsuitable items. The fault should be fully described and its location on the garment should be clearly stated on the returns form. On receipt, it will be inspected by our Faulty Returns Department. Customer Services will subsequently contact you with a fault report and to advise how we intend to proceed.

Statutory Rights

Under the distance selling regulations, you have 7 working days from the day you receive your order to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund of the goods (excluding any shipping charges). You must return the goods to Infinities at your own cost.
