Fila VintageThe origins of the FILA brand can be traced back to 1911. The sportswear company derived from the Italian city of Biella, home of the worlds finest fabrics for more than 600 years. In 1973 FILA launched its first tennis collection - FILA White Line,designed by Pierluigi Rolando, FILA's most prominent sportswear designer. The Launch of White Line marked the beginning of an era that witnessed FILA revolutionising sportswear with its bold use of colour and iconic design features. The new range became a favorite amongst Italy's elite playboys and discerning sportsmen, emerging as the aspirational sportswear brand of the 1970's and 1980's. |
