Getting your goods to you safely and swiftly is most important to us. That’s why we entrust our deliveries with the Royal Mail. If you have been advised of a tracking number and not received goods within a 1-2 working days, please contact sales@infinities.co.uk. Please note that once a package has been signed for by someone, it’s no longer our responsibility.

*You may need to pay customs or import duties on your order, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. So if you’d like more information, your best course of action would be to contact your local customs office. Customs can also delay the delivery of orders. Again, this is out of our hands.
BFPO
We are pleased to announce that we now offer FREE shipping to all British Forces Post Office addresses. Simply select BFPO as the destination country from the drop down menu and the delivery charges will automatically be removed.
Delivery To Store - You can now have your order delivered to any of our stores for FREE.
When placing your order choose ‘collect in store’ as your shipping method and select the store which you from the drop down menu. All orders that are placed on our website have to be paid for at the time of ordering, payments cannot be made in store for internet purchases. Delivery will be made to your chosen store within 3 working days.
When your order is ready for collection a member of Customer Services will contact you, so please ensure you provide a valid daytime contact number. Your order will be held at your chosen store for seven calendar days, after which we will return your order and refund via your chosen payment method. You will NOT receive an order dispatch email for your order if you have selected store delivery.
You also have the opportunity to try your items on in our stores changing room facilities. If any of your items do not fit, a member of staff from the store can organise a return or exchange for you before you leave the store.
You will need to take a print out of your order confirmation email as proof of purchase and proof of ID (driving license, passport, bank statement or utility bill). If you do not take these items to the store when you are collecting your order you will NOT be able to take your goods away. You cannot send a family member or friend to collect your order from our store.

If your order’s taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress at www.royalmail.co.uk.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving.
You’ll need to pay the return postage (and any customs or duty charges if applicable) and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 30 working days of receiving your package.
The transfer of funds between our account to the customer takes around 3 - 5 working days to process after the refund has been initiated.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange an item, you’ll need to fill in the returns form. Also, if any additional payment needs to be taken, you need to have a PayPal account to complete the transaction. Statutory Rights
Under the distance selling regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day you receive your order) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund of the goods (excluding any shipping charges). You must return the goods to Infinities at your own cost.
Problems with your order
It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes we make a mistake. If we’ve made one with your order or you have any issues with the goods themselves, the first thing to do is contact Infinities Online Customer Service Team on sales@infinities.co.uk or +44 ( 0) 871 971 0020.
Once you’ve explained the fault or problem and given us your Order Number, we’ll ask you to return the item(s) and a postage refunded with be arranged. You’ll need to fill in the fault or problem on the Returns Form, which should be in the parcel your order arrived in.
If your lost your returns form, don’t worry, email sales@infinities.co.uk and we’ll send you a new one. Once you have it, be sure to fill the form in carefully, clearly explaining the problem with the item(s) being returned.
If your order was incorrect or an item was faulty and you want a replacement, we’ll simply send you the correct item(s) or a new version of what you ordered. We’ll also refund your original delivery charge and any costs you incur returning the item(s). We obviously won’t charge you for the delivery of the correct item(s) either.
Important Note
All items must be returned to us in their original condition. With this in mind, please follow the instructions below – failure to do so may result in Infinities being unable to accept a return.
Clothing: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
Footwear: Footwear will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box.
