Infinities is committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, on time and in full. We understand that delivery is an important part of your online shopping experience and we aim for 100% satisfaction from our customers.  

FAQ’s

What postal service do you use?

We use Royal Mail to deliver all of our UK parcels and the majority of our International parcels, however on occasion we may be required to use DHL for International orders over a certain size. 

 

What is classed as a working day?

Official working days are Monday – Friday with the exception of bank holidays. 

 

How does your collect-in-store service work?

At the checkout you will need to click the drop down on ‘delivery method’ and choose the ‘collect-in-store’ option for the store you wish to collect your orders from. This is a free service therefore you will not be charged a postage fee. This service takes 2-4 working days and you will receive an email with more information regarding when your item will be ready for collection. Upon collection you will need to present your order confirmation at the till point. Your order will remain in store for 14 days, after that point we may refund orders that have not been collected. If you require us to hold your order for longer please contact us. Alternatively, somebody else can collect your order on your behalf if they present your order confirmation. 

 

What time do I need to order by for Next Day delivery?

For next day delivery you will need to place your order before 2pm. Please note that this service operates on working days therefore if you order with Next Day delivery after 2pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your parcel on Tuesday. Bank holidays are also not classed as working days. 

 

What time do I need to order by for Saturday Guaranteed delivery?

For Saturday Guaranteed delivery you will need to place your order before 2pm on Friday. 

 

What countries do you post to? 

We post to the majority of countries worldwide, however a few exclusions may apply. If you are having difficulty placing an order please contact us and we will try to help. 

 

Can I deliver to an alternative address?

Deliveries with conflicting billing and delivery addresses will be subject to a fraud check for the protection of our customers. If you have placed an order and you would like to change the delivery address please contact us and we will change this for you subject to the necessary checks. 

 

Can I track my order?

Once your parcel has been despatched and scanned into the Royal Mail system, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track your parcel’s progress. 

 

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you are not home when your order is delivered you will be left a Royal Mail card to let you know the whereabouts of your parcel.  It may be left in a safe place, with a neighbour or taken to your local depot. You will need to take this card and a form of formal ID to the depot to collect your parcel.

 

What if I haven’t received a Royal Mail card?

If you have not received a Royal Mail card please contact us and we will contact Royal Mail on your behalf to resolve the issue for you.
