You can now have your order delivered to any of our stores FREE of charge.
When placing your order simply choose ‘collect in store’ as your shipping method by selecting the store you wish to collect from in the drop down menu. All orders that are placed on our website have to be paid for at the time of ordering - payments cannot be made in store for online purchases. Delivery will be made to your chosen store within 3 working days and you will be advised by email once your order has been dispatched to store.
Your order will be held at your chosen store for seven calendar days after which your order will be cancelled and refunded via your original payment method.
You have the option to try your item(s) on in store. If for any reason the item(s) is/are unsuitable, the store manager can arrange an exchange in store.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed online cannot be credited or refunded in store. You will be required to return the item(s) to us for an online e-wallet credit or refund, details of which can be found on the Returns Form enclosed with your order. Alternatively you can download a Returns Form from our website.
